These are documents under work, likely to be subject to live updates at any time. Watch out for document dates, please.
All material is in rather Microsoftish HTML currently (generated with Word 2010). This is so as to easily convert to pagewise layout later. For people living in Bill’s world it should be easy to do that conversion themselves. In case there are any problems with that scheme, we are occasionally generating PDF snapshots in the same folder, but that might not get you the most current version at all times.
