2. DSS check heatsink to avoid contact to horizontal bar in RAL crate
3. JEM add soft controlled reset / lock monitor
4. is there anything we can do about bottom tantalums on JEM ?
5. test / modify G-links
6. test / modify TTC daughters (timing)

Software

1. update lock loss panel to show loss count and allow for counter reset
